About Ciprian
From my graduation in 1998 I have guided the maths lessons of secondary schools students and a lot of them are now well trained professionals . I have worked with hundreds of teenagers with different levels of knowledge and I always knew to adapt my methodology to each one of them so they had a positive attitude about Mathematics and got very good results in exams.

Although may look like classic method, I consider my lessons attractive and most of all focused on reaching the purpose . I will always encourage my students to ask, to search and find new ways to solve the problems and from my point of view, every lesson should be structured on the following questions:
1. What my student knew before this lesson?
2. What is his/her objective/goal after this lesson?
3. Am I sure I made myself clearly understood every moment during the lesson?
4 Am I getting the expected feedback at the end of the lesson?
