Open Your Heart and Your Mind Yoga Instructor teaching all ages, all levels

Michelle is a neighbor of mine and I enjoy the yoga classes that she teaches. I recommend her to other members as she is perfecting the art of yoga and balance, she reflects that in her students and budding yogis.

Michelle is warm, enthusiastic and friendly! She checks in on each person’s pace and gently pushes you when she knows you’re capable of more! She is so talented and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with her students.
