I am a passionate and dedicated Yoga Tutor committed to helping people improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga. My sessions focus on flexibility, strength, balance, posture, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness. I create a supportive and positive environment where beginners and experienced practitioners can learn at their own pace. My goal is to inspire a healthy lifestyle, reduce stress, and help every student achieve inner peace and overall wellness through yoga.
