About Prabhat

I am a certified yoga instructor based in India, offering online yoga sessions globally (UK-friendly time slots available) with over 10 years of personal practice and more than 7 years of professional teaching experience. My journey in yoga began in 2010 during my school years, where I achieved 2nd position in a state-level yoga competition. Since then, yoga has become not just my profession, but my life’s purpose.

I specialise in delivering personalised yoga sessions tailored to all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each session is carefully designed according to your body type, goals, and health condition, ensuring safe and effective progress. Over the years, I have successfully helped individuals manage and improve various health conditions through therapeutic yoga, including:
