About Suresh
"Hi, I'm Suresh from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. I have 3 years of experience as a Yoga Teacher. I have completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) in Rishikesh, including 200-hour and 500-hour yoga training, along with a Diploma in Yoga. I also practice Calisthenics and Gym Training, which helps me understand strength, flexibility, and body movement better. My goal is to help students improve flexibility, strength, mobility, and overall fitness through safe and personalized yoga sessions. I welcome beginners and guide each student according to their individual goals and fitness level."

“Online Yoga with Suresh — for Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Flexibility, Back Pain, and Shoulder Pain relief.” I offer beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga sessions focused on safe movements and simple breathing practices. Modifications are given for back or shoulder discomfort, and routines are adjusted whether your aim is weight loss or healthy weight gain. Sessions end with relaxation so the body feels lighter. Classes are online, flexible timing, friendly vibe, and progress at your own pace.”
