About Suman
I am a Yoga Teacher, with over 20+ years of experience as a Yoga Trainer and Wellness Coach. I design personalized practices tailored to each student’s unique physical and psychological needs.
I share my experience to help others reconnect with their body, breathe with awareness, and discover strength and peace within themselves through a sincere and mindful yoga journey.
