About Ирина
Hi, I’m Irina. I graduated with honors from Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health in St Petersburg. I also hold the Russian Master of Sport title in swimming.
For the past 20 years, I have worked with people, helping them develop both physically and mentally. I have been practicing yoga for around nine years. In recent years, I have focused more deeply on yoga and how our thoughts and habits affect the way we feel and move.

I offer individual 60-minute online yoga classes in Russian, with a focus on mindful movement, breathing and relaxation. We start with a short check-in and a gentle warm-up, move into yoga poses, and finish with relaxation.
I adapt the pace and exercises to your experience, goals and how you feel that day. Throughout the class, I watch your technique and give clear guidance to help you adjust your posture and movements. You are welcome to ask questions at any time. Beginners are welcome — you don’t need to be flexible to get started.
