Hello! I’m Chatura, a certified yoga instructor with 2 years of teaching experience. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Rishikul Yogshala, Rishikesh, where I gained in-depth knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. My classes are personalized to suit each student’s age, fitness level, and goals, creating a safe, supportive, and motivating environment. Whether your goal is to increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or improve overall health, I am committed to guiding you on your yoga journey with patience and dedication.
