I am passionate about helping people live healthier and happier lives through yoga. As a certified yoga instructor with experience teaching children, adults, and senior citizens, I enjoy sharing my knowledge to improve physical fitness, mental well-being, and self-confidence. My goal is to make yoga simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone, regardless of age or experience.
