About Pranjal
I am a passionate yoga tutor, as well as a BTech student at VNIT Nagpur. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to the practice and teaching of yoga, guiding students of all age groups—from young children to older individuals—on their journey toward better health and well-being. I have actively participated in numerous national-level yoga competitions, including InterNIT and many others, which have helped me refine my skills and deepen my understanding of the discipline. Beyond just teaching postures, I specialize in training students for yoga competitions and providing counseling for those facing personal or mental health challenges. My classes incorporate a holistic approach, blending traditional yoga asanas, kriyas for nasal and respiratory detoxification, pranayama for improved breath control, and meditation techniques for mental clarity and relaxation. I firmly believe that yoga is a transformative practice, especially for those over 40, as it helps maintain flexibility, strength, and overall vitality. Through my sessions, I aim to create a supportive and enriching environment where students not only improve their physical fitness but also develop inner peace and emotional balance.

In my yoga classes, students of all age groups will experience a well-rounded approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The sessions include traditional yoga asanas designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, with variations suited for beginners to advanced practitioners. I also teach kriyas, powerful yogic cleansing techniques that detoxify the nostrils and nasal tract, promoting better respiratory health. Pranayama, or breath control exercises, is a key part of my teaching, helping students improve lung capacity, boost energy levels, and achieve mental clarity through techniques like Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika, and Nadi Shodhana. Additionally, I guide students in meditation and mindfulness practices, allowing them to cultivate inner peace, self-awareness, and stress relief. Whether someone is preparing for a competition, looking to enhance their overall well-being, or simply seeking relaxation, my classes offer a transformative journey into the world of yoga.
