About Juan Alejandro

I have more than 10 years of practice and 4 years as a teacher. I have had hundreds of students in Argentina, Brazil, Portugal and Spain. I achieved my greatest achievements in prisons in Latin America, rehabilitating prisoners through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. I am also a Reikista and Oneness Deeksha Giver, donor of unity blessings.

About the lesson

We work with the body to relax it deeply, relearning to breathe. By energizing the body and through breathing, the mind calms down, and negative emotions are cleared. In this way, with clarity, we become aware of our true spiritual nature, of our Being, full of love, peace and light.
