About Navamita
I have been a Yoga practitioner for approx 10 yrs. Recently I finished my Teacher's Training Certification from one of the most reputed Yoga schools in India - The Yoga Institute. I have been teaching traditional Yoga online for the last 8 months. My motto is to give my students the experience of good living and a stress free life through traditional Yoga techniques. This helps enhance the overall physical, emotional & spiritual health.
My classes are aimed to rejuvenate, helping one to feel relaxed, feel energetic and gradually ease their pain. My customers predominantly consist of adults who feel fatigued, stressed, weak and have back pain, neck pain, leg pain and various discomfort.

My classes curriculum for the month is pre designed such that each class has focus on a particular body part, yet works holistically on overall body.

-Conditioning of the body, mind, breath
-Warm ups related to the Aasans planned
-Aasans
-Relaxation techniques
-Pranayama
Kriyas and Meditative techniques are also included in various sessions.
