About Viviana

I began my education career in Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, with a degree in Studio Art and a minor in K-12 Education in 2005, working mostly with photography, oil and acrylic paint, ceramics, and abstract 3D sculpture. I then achieved my Bachelor's Degree in Art Education in 2013 with a double minor in Psychology and French language. All while attaining my degrees, I worked as an After School Program Coordinator and Art Summer Camp Counselor at the Central Florida YMCA. I also did my full-time art education internship at Seminole County Public Schools in Winter Springs, Florida.

Upon graduation, I worked 4 years in Orange County Public Schools in Elementary School Art grades K-5. In 2017, I was granted an opportunity to work at Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia, and I resumed my Elementary School Art teaching career, grades K-6.

With my tutoring services, I offer knowledge and expertise in various art subjects in both Spanish and English. I am currently certified to teach in Virginia.

About the lesson

With my tutoring services, I offer knowledge and expertise in various art subjects such as: art history, acrylic paint, water color paint, 2D materials (markers, crayons, colored pencils), the principles of design, the elements of art, Multimedia design, and so much more. I am currently certified to teach in Virginia. I am also fluent in Spanish and English.

With extensive experience, I am an independent tutor who strives to assist and support you to feel more confident in yourself as both an artist and learner. I look forward to connect with all of you soon.

I teach art lessons exclusively for elementary students from K-5.
