I believe that yoga is a journey, not a destination. My approach to teaching is to create a safe and supportive space where students can explore their practice at their own pace. I combine traditional yoga techniques with spiritual insights to offer a holistic and accessible yoga experience.
My Teaching Methodology:
Personalized Instruction: I tailor each lesson to the individual needs and goals of my students, whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners.
Ritualistic Movement: I integrate spirituality into my classes to help students connect with their higher selves and magick practice.
