About Prema
Namaste everyone!
My name is Prema Bhakti, and I’m very excited to offer new classes!
Not all teachers are the same.
I come from a harsh past as so many of us did. Since yoga has been my healing tool over the years of trauma, it just doesn’t feel right not to at least try helping others with similar suffering. I’ve found contentment and peace that I wish to share.

This Hatha/Ashtanga class is universal. These classes are structured around the students needs. If your a beginner or a teacher looking to explore, the class will build itself around the students needs. Study of the Bhagavad-Gita is incorporated into classes depending on the student’s wishes.
