Mohamed Kota Egyptian Olympic Rower | Nutritionist | Fitness Trainer | Personal Coach I’m Mohamed Kota — an Egyptian rowing athlete, certified nutritionist, fitness trainer, and dedicated personal coach. I made my Olympic debut at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, representing Egypt in the sport I’ve trained in with relentless passion and purpose. Success isn’t about talent or luck, but about showing up every day with discipline, and heart. As an Olympic athlete, coach, and student, I’ve learned that true success comes from consistency, mindset, and a commitment to growth. There’s no shortcut, but with the right plan and support everything becomes possible.
