About Lorraine
I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and more than 3 years of teaching experience. My journey into yoga began as a way to better understand my body and manage stress, and it has grown into a deep passion for helping others feel more connected to themselves, prioritize their health through mindful movement, and calm the mind for a more balanced, grounded life.
