About Silvia
Since high school, I have always loved to study Italian, Latin and foreign languages as English and French.
I graduated in Milan, Italy and I did the post-graduated master in Barcelona, Spain. Thanks to the Master exchange program, I had the extraordinary opportunity to study and live a full semester in Seoul, Korea .
Deep inside, I wanted a job that could gave me the opportunity to work across cultures, be in touch with people from all over the world, help them to overcome cultural differences and to widen their travel and job opportunities. That is the reason why in 2012 I became teacher full time!
Since then I have been teaching Italian (all levels), Spanish (all levels) and English (beginner and intermediate level), in language schools, private companies, and to individual students. I provide business language courses, thanks to my studies in International Economics and International Relations, and my teaching experience.
In all these years, I taught students of all ages (teenagers, young learners and adults) and I have prepared many of them for the official Italian exam (CELI).

My first step is always to get to know my students, understand their needs and goals, in order to plan and design the best course for them and to find the most effective activities to ensure their needs are met.
In general, we will work on all languages skills: reading, listening, writing, grammar, but with a special focus on speaking and communication. If you are a beginner too! After giving you the basic tools, we can practice speaking, with activities as role-play, daily life dialogues and conversations, which enables you to put the language in context, express yourself and feel, step by step, more comfortable with the language.
Beside that, I like to choose readings and listenings according to your personal interest, to make the class more stimulating and useful for you.
I will provide you all the materials for our classes, as well as tools to practice more and study on your own if you like ;)
My goal is to make you learn, while you are enjoying the class and the language :)

No hay mejor profesora que Silvia. He sido su alumna bastante tiempo y, además de que está muy preparada, es superatenta y siempre enfoca las clases en función de tus necesidades y objetivos. Es alegría pura y, aunque aprender un idioma nuevo no sea fácil, ella siempre hace que sea entretenido. Mi nivel de italiano mejoró mucho gracias a ella y tanto Silvia como sus clases merecen la pena sin duda alguna. En cuanto os de la primera clase, ¡ya no la querréis dejar escapar!
Silvia es una profesora encantadora con la que aprendes mucho de manera muy agradable y divertida! Siempre prepara las clases de manera que, cuando las estoy haciendo, me lo paso muy bien mientras además progreso rápidamente. Mi italiano ha mejorado de manera notable sin que en ningún momento me sienta sobrepasada ni aburrida. Sus clases son un gustazo, os la recomiendo muchísimo!!
Sílvia ha sido mi profesora de Italiano durante 2 años y estoy muy contenta con ella. Las clases son muy amenas, se aprende mucho y las hace muy divertidas y proximas. Aprendes mucho sobre el escrito y la gramatica pero tambien aprendes a hablarlo de forma fluida cosa que es extremadamente importante.¡ Recomiendo mucho hacer clase con ella!
