I believe in structured yoga sessions with light and restorative ends. The classes start with an affirmation of the day, followed by heating pranayama along with Whole body stretches and warmups.
Asanas are the next part of our session, with various modifications based on individual flexibility.
A tranquil meditation or yoga nidra is always a part of the class were we wind up
