About Kaustubh
I was the kid in my teenage who was fat shamed,underconfiedent and a depressed kid with his obesity issues and when i started working out 2 years later i started seeing results and that's why i wanna share my experiences to you people through which you can be like me. I had recently done Course of "NUTRITION AND WELLBEING" from University of Aberdee.

My methods of teaching you about fitness and bodybuilding are way more different than others because of my own experiences in this field as i had lost 20kgs of pure fat from my body and now i am focusing on building some decent muscle mass! You don't have to stick through strict diets you just have to be patient and consistent with me!
