About Maimun
I am a certified yoga teacher from Sivananda and it's been couple of years since I started teaching. The love to come to mat and practice everyday is like joy to heart and breath to soul. My practice has brought agility and strength in ways that I couldn't put in words but I am sure ifobe is consistently caring our body which is also known as temple, must treat like one.

The class will consists different versions of an asanas, in which the student will learn to balance body and breath, having focused mind, leading to strengthen core, heal and massage internal organs, reduce stress and bring calmness to mind. The flow of the class will start for beginners to help students gain flexibility and comfort.
