About Shreyansh
Namastey! I am Shreyansh, a yoga instructor/teacher. I recently completed my post graduation diploma in yoga education from Kaivalyadhama yoga institute and research centre. I also qualified my YCB level-3 certification from the Ministry of Ayush recognised by the Government of India. Looking forward to making people around me lead a wholesome lifestyle and to improve physical as well as mental well being.
