About Ashika
Hi, I'm Ashika, a graphic designer and illustrator with a Bachelor of Design from the National Institute of Design, India.
I've worked professionally across branding, editorial, and art direction with agencies and publications in the Middle East, but drawing and illustration have always been my first love. I grew up filling sketchbooks, and calligraphy has been a personal obsession for years.
Teaching is something I genuinely care about, I love breaking down techniques in a way that feels approachable and fun, and watching someone discover their own style for the first time is the best feeling. I can't wait to share that with you!

My classes are a space to slow down, pick up a pen, and actually enjoy the process of making something by hand. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your style, we'll cover the fundamentals of drawing, illustration, and the beautiful world of calligraphy. I believe the best way to learn is by doing, so expect a lot of practice, play, and gradual building of confidence.
Classes are open to all ages and levels; all you need is curiosity and a willingness to make a few beautiful mistakes along the way!
