About Laura
Hello everyone! I am a yoga instructor specialized in therapeutic yoga and Yoga for children, trained and experienced in Madrid. I just arrived in my hometown of Murcia and I would like to share with you my experience and devotion for this ancestral practice from India. The objective of the classes is to work with flexibility, strength and self-perception. With me you will find the union between body, psyche and spirit. Try your first class for free!
