Never use a big word when a diminutive one will do! Learn to make the most of the English language.

I've known Steve since 2009, when I bought my first Mac and had no idea what I was doing. Coming from a PC, everything felt backward. Steve was so patient with me. He has a way of teaching that makes even confusing things easy to pick up, and he never makes you feel dumb for asking something you think you should already know.

Over the last 17 years, Steve has helped me learn my way around three MacBook Pros, my iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, all fully remote with me on the East Coast and him in Florida. It may sound silly, but you'd be surprised how much you don't know until you spend time with Steve!

He listens, figures out what you actually need, and teaches at your pace. Since starting my own business in 2025, I rely on my MacBook Pro every day, and everything Steve has taught me pays off constantly.

If you want a patient, honest teacher who makes technology easy to learn, Steve is your guy.

Having worked with Steve in a professional capacity and having been trained by Steve in a number of situations, he’s excellent. He’s very patient, organized, and he’s great at making the information digestible using every day analogies and examples.

I would highly recommend him in any training capacity.
