About Holly
First class Neuroscience graduate from the University of Nottingham. Incoming Pharmacology MSc student at the University of Oxford. I studied Biology, Chemistry & Maths at A-level and now work in Medical Communications. I am a strong believer that academia is for everyone, whether you're aiming to 'just get through it' or striving for those 9s. I am also a firm believer in balance, spending my spare time playing hockey or eating out with friends. Finally, I know that education can be fun!

My aim is to always shed a new light on topics which don't make sense. I believe there is always a different perspective and I aim to offer this. I tailor my lessons dependent on the student I am helping, but typically we will start by discussing the topic which you are struggling with, before diving into why that might be and looking back at the fundamentals. If you can get the basis right, the rest is just adding building blocks. Next we will work through some practice questions together before you yourself work through some more questions, which increase in difficulty. I am happy to share additional practice questions to complete between lessons.
