I'm a naturopathy physician having expertise in IAYT (integrated approach to yoga therapy)

Dr. Harshitha is a friendly person who knows what she's doing. She helped me to get rid of back pain and stress with her iayt (integrated approach yoga therapy). What's staggering is her knowledge and passion which sometimes lead to extending our yoga session(not that im complaining. It's good to have teachers who go out of their way to teach). I recommend her for anything related to yoga from training to therapy.
