I am passionate about bridging the communication gap between people and helping people reach their English language goals whether they are for academic, professional, or personal reasons.

I am a native English speaker from the United States of America. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from an American university. Also, I have a Trinity certTESOL teaching certificate. I earned my teaching certificate in 2010, and I have been teaching English since then in Czechia, the United States of America, and Japan. Throughout my teaching career, I have had opportunities to teach a wide variety of lessons including general English, business English, test preparation, interview preparation, university courses, one-to-one lessons, group lessons, in-school lessons, in-company lessons, call center training, presentation training, and pronunciation training. I am completely comfortable with and able to use my own materials and teaching methods or those that are prepared and set beforehand.

I am passionate about teaching because I find meaning and purpose in creating communication between cultures, countries, and continents. Without a doubt, teaching has been the most rewarding and fulfilling thing I have ever done. My view is that through teaching a language, I am connecting people and giving them a skill for new life experiences and opportunities.

About the lesson

I am a great teacher because I am enthusiastic about sharing knowledge; I am a strong classroom leader; and I pay attention to detail. My strongest quality as a teacher is making English learners feel comfortable and confident when speaking English. I create an English learner-centered and engaging environment in my lessons. Also, I build a positive rapport with the English learners because I strongly believe it inspires and motivates them to learn the English Language.

I will create learning materials that target the language that you want and need to improve. The materials will be created specifically for you, and we will use them in our lessons.
