About Prakash
I am an AYUSH and SVYASA certified Yoga Instructor and National Yoga Player, passionate about sharing the traditional and practical aspects of Yoga. My teaching includes Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, meditation and cleansing techniques. I believe every individual is different, so I focus on understanding each student’s needs and guiding them step by step. My goal is to make Yoga simple, enjoyable and sustainable, while helping students develop greater strength, flexibility, awareness and overall well-being.
