Hello! I am a passionate Yoga Instructor and National Yoga Medalist from India. I enjoy helping people improve their health, flexibility, strength, and confidence through yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can progress at their own pace, develop healthy habits, and enjoy the lifelong benefits of yoga practice.
