I am a Hatha Yoga practitioner. I feel so good whenever I practice asanas. Yoga not only helps you get fit but also helps you to clean your thoughts and mind, and I felt this thing and that is the only reason I wanna spread this knowledge as much as I can.

As we know hatha yoga is practised at a slower pace. So in my class you'll be learning how to control your movements, breath and balance and to get these in affect, you'll have to be solicitous in the class. There is no maximum age Barrier to become a yoga practitioner. You'll learn how be patient and work on yourself. These things will not help you get fit physically but also mentally, in day to day life you'll see effects.
