I have been dedicated to high performance sports since I was 6 years old.

I have studied and trained as a professional for more than 10 years.

I have met, competed and worked in more than 25 countries.

I speak Spanish, English and a little Italian.

About the lesson

· Through Mobility and specific exercises you can train and forget physical discomfort. I will teach you the secrets of a Cirque du Soleil artist.

· Consists of a training session of 45 minutes or 1 hour. It can be individual or group. We will work on flexibility, strength, coordination and balance.

· We can take classes at your home, in the gym, at the park or even online.

· These courses are aimed at people of all ages. ages who wish to improve their quality of life in terms of health, prevention and well-being
