My name is Monika. I am a certified, Yoga & Weight Management Expert. I have more than 3 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness field. I have transformed more than 100 clients so far with the right workout strategy. I deal with a large variety of health issues but also specialise in eating disorders, obesity, posture deviation, weight loss, and management. Many health issues are caused by a depletion of the body's vital nutrients or by poor lifestyle choices. By getting the right support and professional advice, you can start your new healthy life. I am expert in Hath, Vinyasa, Meditation, Chakra meditation and Relaxation techniques. - 60 minutes-virtual classes available - Start with warm ups and then we will practise yoga for 20 min and will finish with meditation - Pranayama would be included in class.
