About Lyv

Yoga transmuted me, made me what I am. I try to resonate everything I feel in the strength of each asana. All applied techniques are for muscle development, recovery and strengthening. Together with the practice we create a base of protection, confidence and autonomy of your own body. With study classes, strength and body awareness.

About the lesson

I started practicing at 15 and since then I have never stopped. I have more than 33,000 hours of practice in Hatha Yoga and Functional. I am graduated and certified since 2008 in Restorative Yoga and Yogatherapy. I bring with me the teachings and the experience of having studied the practice of Yoga with Prof. Hermogenes in Brazil. I also looked for specializations, certifications and Yoga courses for Children and Pregnant Women (ABPY).

When signing up for a lesson plan contract or booking a time, remember:
Cancellation - minimum 24h / individual class or first class.
Cancellation - minimum 30 days: monthly | semi-annual | annual plans.

Scheduled classes | reserved and not practiced | canceled (they are charged normally).

All classes are individually customized - focused and directed to your search in question. && All classes can be rescheduled |

- To practitioners | interested in the practice and who tested positive for covid, remember the classes will be divided into 150min / week at a light pace | moderate or 75min / week at an intense pace | heavy. - we will maintain training and exercises for muscle strengthening, strength and breathing, progressively according to World Health Organization guidelines.
