I am a certified yoga instructor with over 8 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga. I specialize in advanced yoga, general fitness, meditation, and physical fitness exercises.
I am certified by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and hold expertise in guiding students through both traditional and modern approaches to yoga practice. In addition to teaching, I am also an advanced yoga practitioner and have actively participated in several state and national-level yoga asana competitions. My aim is to help individuals improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall lifestyle through the disciplined practice of yoga.
