About Aayush
I'm practicing yoga from last 5 years. For me this a lifelong process of discovering and learning. I did yoga teacher traning for Mumbai YOG VIDYA GURUKUL. Yoga has impacted my life so deeply that Decided that I want to share this joy with others too. I live in Himalayas in a mud house with cows and pets. Yoga has made me realise the hapiness lies in simplest things like friendship,farming,family these are the true joy of life.

Yoga is not something which be taught. It has to come from within.Yoga is much more than doing asanas and holding them. It'sa way of taking charge of your thoughts,emotions and life situations. So the focus will not only be the body but the being as a whole.How to eat,what to eat and most importantly how to practice yoga will be exchanged the class.True yoga is off the mat and that's the main focus.
A class will be of 1 hour-1:15 minutes includes-

Dhyana
Tools for transformation
