About Sonali Gokhale
Hi I'm Sonali Gokhale , 52 year female , MCom Mphil , doing yog for the past 10 years. I developed interest in yog lately in my 40s . I was zero in sports or any physical activity was strenuous for me . But the changes occurred after I started doing yog. My stamina increased, my breathing pattern improved n I experienced overall vitality and calmness of mind.
