About Jade
I have been singing and performing in the theater world for most of my life, starting with choir in middle school! After graduating from high school (and participating in all of our school's vocal ensembles), I continued my education at The Catholic University of America, where I earned my Bachelor of Music degree in Musical Theatre. We studied vocal technique and music theory as part of our curriculum, and were involved in choirs every year. Post-graduation, I have performed in multiple local theaters and worked with a variety of students at local high schools, coaching vocals as well as drama and dance.

I am a very laid-back, conversational tutor. I believe a student should be comfortable and have fun while they learn! A typical lesson would depend on the student's exact needs, but could involve: reviewing music they are working on, discussing future performances, teaching new music, or audition prep and feedback. Lessons with me would be ideal for beginner-intermediate performers!
