About Paola
Paola is a South American soprano born in Cochabamba, Bolivia. After completing her studies in petroleum, gas and energy engineering, and thanks to Katia Escalera, her first singing teacher, she arrived in Europe to study at the Hochschule für Musik in Basel, Switzerland, with Marcel Boone. She is currently pursuing her second master degree in opera in Biel with Swedish soprano Malin Hartelius and is collaborating on the production of the 2018/2019 Solothurn theater.

Childhood is one of the most favorable steps to learn an instrument or start exploring music indoors. Not only does it help the child to be disciplined, it also helps to develop many areas of the brain. Learning and discipline while having fun is one of the best ways to introduce them to music. My practical method is to have fun while learning. Children usually get tired so easily, but if we play with them rhythm, notes, pitches and bass and the most important factor: play their favorite songs, they will love to take classes and most importantly, they will learn without noticing.
