About Alejandro
Classical guitar performer and music educator trained at the EMVM of the Ollin Yoliztli Cultural Center. I perform as a soloist and chamber musician and have several years of teaching experience in cultural centers and music academies. My lessons combine technical development, musical literacy, ear training, and interpretation, helping students build a solid foundation while learning the music they enjoy.

My goal is to develop well-rounded musicians who are both familiar with and proficient in the language of music. To achieve this, I incorporate ear-training through the Listen–Imagine–Represent method, helping students strengthen their musical perception, understanding, and expression. In guitar lessons, I focus on two main areas. First, technique—not as an end in itself, but as a tool for communicating musical ideas with clarity and expression. Second, we analyze and study the pieces or songs the student wishes to learn, exploring their structure, style, and interpretation in order to achieve a deeper and more meaningful performance. Lessons are tailored to each student's interests, goals, and level of experience, whether they are beginners or more advanced musicians.
