About Tomas
I'm a graduate Music Composer from the University Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. Among my professional experience as a composer, I have written music performed by the Percussion Ensemble of the UMSNH and the Quartet Cuyos Quartet in Morelia. As a music teacher, I have taught Music Theory, Ear Training and MIDI Protocol for the Bachelors In Audio and Musical Production in Montrer University.

My methodology changes a bit depending on the subject that I will teach. For example, music reading (30% Theory 70% Practice) Music Theory (60% Theory 40% Practice) or Composition (40% Theory 60% Practice). The core of my methodology is the training of skills and abilities from a critical perspective, in order to provide students with the best approach according to their needs.
Regarding musical formation, the starting age is very important to assure a complete formation. Nevertheless, the quality of the lessons given can compensate the fact of starting a musical formation in an older stage (16-20 years) and assure an efficient formation.
I provide solutions for all kinds of students. For those who want to study the music career, and for those who will take it as an artistic complement to other activities they perform. I can teach people 12 years old and over. There is no age limit.

Cancelling a lesson should be noticed 24 hours before the event. If the notice is not given 24 hours before, the lesson should be paid. (The material corresponding to that lesson will be covered, but only the theory. Practice must be done by the student.)
If the lesson is properly cancelled 24 hours before, the lesson will be rescheduled for another day.
