About Yogawith
I am a software engineer by education and now turned into a yoga therapist after I had an opportunity to learn yoga during my pregnancy and got rid of severe back pain and I was able to deliver the baby normally. Later I decided to learn more in yoga and did RYT 200 and pre/postnatal teacher training courses and MSc in psychology. I’m willing to teach others and help improve their health and heal the body & mind through yoga and mindfulness practices.

I conduct personal one-on-one and group sessions on a requirement basis. I conduct hatha, ashtanga, prenatal, postnatal, kids, face yoga & therapy, and yoga Nidra sessions. Have an experience of 7 years in teaching yoga at cult.fit, Shvasa, imumz and in corporate setup and also other studios as a lead trainer.
