About Marina
Welcome! I thought I would start out telling you a bit more about my background. I did Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Spanish in Spain having finished Titulo de Bachillerato there with outstanding marks. Because I really enjoyed the subject of Economics as it is a science that combines both mathematical rigour and ways to understand the world, I decided to pursue a BSc in Economics and Finance at Queen Mary, University of London. I have finished that with First class of honours. I then went into working in Finance, so happy to have a chat about how these subjects relate to our day to day world, and what careers you could have if you perhaps decided to pursue that later in your life. I then went into doing my MPhil in Economics at Cambridge. Really passionate about anything maths related, and particular subjects in Economics such as Game Theory, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and of course Development Economics! I will make sure to share all my knowledge with you, assist you in any questions & doubts you have, as well as hopefully get you feel more interested in these subjects if you aren't already!
