About Taanya
I’m Taanya Bhandarkar, a yoga enthusiast. I have completed my 200 hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga and Pre/Post Natal yoga.
Teaching yoga brings me ultimate joy to know that I’m helping my students live their lives with grace, strength and exuberance. I love that yoga is a lifestyle with no judgement, full of love and balance in all aspects. With the physical practice of yoga, you are one step closer to reaching an ideal way of living. Moving with intention is my motto.
