Lets heal through movement! I will guide you in a gentle cardio/core/body sculpting workout! I am a trauma- informed certified aerobics instructor ready to give personalized exercise instruction to improve mood, stress, anxiety and nervous system regulation. No equipment is required. This is for all fitness levels to improve health and wellness.
