About Alice
I've been coaching movement of many kinds for the last two decades, I've had students from 2-92 years young. From yoga to pole dance and beyond. I believe that movement is our medicine and that when you've found your "one" - exercise will never be a chore but will be the thing that gets you up out of bed each morning and a constant source of joy to you and that you can share that joy with others.

"When we are ready to make positive changes in our lives, we attract whatever we need to help us" I believe you are your greatest teacher and all the answers you already have inside you. I have seen 1000's of my students transform not just their bodies but their minds and their lives with just a little support and guidance. I will always remain a student first and teacher second, my preferred methods are playfulness, curiosity, persistence, and patience!
