About Sara
I am a teacher of yoga, aerial yoga, pilates, mobility, stretching, contortion and calisthenics, such as aerial ones.
I am currently studying physical therapy, which I apply daily to my classes to offer a scientific method and you can feel the benefits of this practice In your day to day.

We will start with mobility exercises to unblock joints and prepare the body for the following activation and strength exercises of the whole body. We will work based on breathing, and improve posture to live better in your day-to-day life.

Desde Un principio Sara entiende tu cuerpo y lo que necesita. No se basa en los ejercicios que creemos que son los indicados para nosotros, si no que ella crea los ejercicios específicos para ti, para que tu cuerpo vaya evolucionando y puedas entender el procedimiento. He tenido diferentes entrenadores, y para mi no hay ni punto de comparación (siempre desde mi base de como siento entrenando con ella) Para mí es Un 10.
Sara es mi entrenadora de aro. Además nos hace el condicionamiento físico de fuerza, resistencia y flexibilidad para la danza aérea; pero es que la tía no tiene límite, sea cual sea el objetivo todo reto le es bienvenido y se las ingenia para adaptarme los ejercicios física y emocionalmente hablando. Ademàs complementa diferentes trabajos musculares para compensar y que después del entreno no haya rastro de dolor.
Sara me enseña a entrenar con consciencia; me acompaña en todo lo que implica el proceso y sabe cómo motivarme cuando lo necesito.
Estoy aprendiendo no sólo a ponerme en forma desde un lado saludable sino a escuchar y a aceptar mi cuerpo tal como es.
