About Vaishali
Namaskar! My name is Vaishali Sahu and I'm a Ministry of AYUSH certified Yoga teacher & practitioner from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY).
I have been teaching Yoga for the past 3 years conducting sessions for children, senior citizens, corporates and students.
I have also provided therapy sessions at Central Government Wellness Centre and at OPD, MDNIY.

The Yoga classes are rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and other forms as well. I focus on correct alignment, breath awareness and safe progression suitable for all levels.
Each session includes Sukshma & sthula vyayama, structured asana practice, pranayama, relaxation & meditation to ensure complete mind-body balance.
I personalize sessions acc. to individual needs.
Classes are suitable for beginners, children, working professionals, senior citizens & individuals seeking therapeutic support.
