About Amy
I would describe myself as a vibrant soul who is very much at the heart of all things sacred. I am an intuitive, fun and curious person with an open-minded approach to life. I have naturally been drawn to healing practices since first discovering Yoga and Holistic Therapies over ten years ago. This inspired me to become a Massage Therapist and after over 10 years practising Yoga, I then became a Yoga Teacher so I can help others become embodied, connected, compassionate and at peace. I feel that Yoga has enabled me to be my true authentic self on and off the mat and to live life in the present moment as much as possible.

The Yoga Flow 1:1 classes I offer are an all-round style that’s grounded, dynamic and nurturing. The breath is a key element of the practice in these classes as it helps provide a mindful and embodied experience.
Classes can be adapted to create a personal practice and are delivered in an intuitive way for an authentic practice.
Yoga can help bring balance to your well-being. It’s very much about feeling free and the internal journey being the focus of the practice. I provide nurturing, fluid and grounding Yoga within the Yoga Flow practice which is based around standard Asanas (poses) though with freedom to roam, be present as much as can be and also to move at a pace that works for you.
I have Yoga mats and blocks for you to borrow during the class.
If you are unsure whether it’s ok for you to practice Yoga you can ask your local care provider/GP.

I met Amy at Into the Wild festival. We camped near each other and I spent every day having a chat. I loved Amy’s energy and outlook. I joined her session where we did Freeform animal sounds and movement. It had a long lasting effect on me. It helped me to feel more connected to nature and I loved how liberated I felt. I regularly attend Amy’s yoga flow classes twice weekly. Amy is a very competent, knowledgeable and approachable yoga teacher and such a lovely person. Her yoga flow classes focus on understanding how your body feels and responds to breathwork and postures and provides options for all ability levels. Having done yoga for many years I have realised that attending Amy’s classes has given me a greater appreciation of how the focus on yoga movements and breathing can have such a positive impact on my physical and mental health and well being.
