Emily received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through M3Yoga in Athens, GA. Afterwards, she continued her education online and received her 60 hour YinYoga certification. Through which, she has strengthened her own practice and has a strong desire to teach others the wonders of what yoga has done in her life.
